| The 45th annual Sailing Masters of 1812 ‘Burning of the Ships’ Ancient Fife & Drum Parade down Main Street, Essex, CT begins at 2:00 p.m. at the Essex Town Hall. The CT River Museum will also be holding waterfront activities beginning at 11:00 a.m. throughout the day. | ||

| Monroe, MI as well as being the hometown of General George Armstrong Custer, is home to the War of 1812 River Raisin Battlefield, America’s newest National Park. Monroe, located on Lake Erie, is in southeast Michigan off I-75 just 14 miles north of Toledo, OH. Camping is available and a muster lunch will be provided. There is also a possibility of a small travel stipend being provided to the attending corps. | ||

| The Company of Fifers and Drummers Junior Fife and Drum Camp is offered each year to ensure that the quality and scope of fifing and drumming continues to improve, expand, and prosper. This is accomplished through the use of instructional workshops, which provide junior drum corps members with the tools needed to increase their knowledge in various aspects of fifing and drumming. All workshops are conducted in a friendly, open, and professional manner to provide a positive experience for all. Scholarships are available, contact Cap Corduan for more details. | ||
