Strategic Plan

The Strategic Plan was developed by the Executive Committee over the past several months. The Executive Committee looked at the results of the 2016 Company Survey and held a workshop to determine how to respond to the results. The main areas of focus are the Museum and Headquarters, Improving Communication and Engagement, Managing the Organization, and Promoting Fife and Drum. New committees were created and existing committees were given new projects to work on. Updates for all these committees will be given at the Quarterly General Meetings.
