People interested in working in the Archives of The Company of Fifers & Drummers may sign up for training during the week of April 17 – April 22, 2019.

Four hours of introductory training is required to work in the Archives under supervision, four hours of intermediate training to become a member of the Archives Committee, and at four more hours of supervised training and instruction, plus approval of the Archivist and Exec Board to qualify as an Assistant Archivist, able to work independently. Potential members of the Archives Committee are expected to volunteer a minimum of six hours per month.

Please indicate your name, email address, day(s), time(s), and date(s) you are requesting training, and any prior experience that may be applicable. It is best if you can come for at least two hours of training at a time. Training will be ongoing, April 17, 18, 19, and 22 from 9 to 5.  Evening times can also be arranged. There will be no training on Saturday, April 20, or Sunday, April 21.
