Junior Camp might have been canceled due to the global pandemic, but we’ve been using our time to get ready for next year.
The Company of Fifers & Drummers is pleased to announce the integration of the Junior Camp website into The Company of Fifers & Drummers website. We invite you to check it out!
This move made sense for a number of reasons:
- First, this makes financial sense. Instead of spending money to host a separate website, we can spend money on scholarships and programming.
- Second, this is logical. As a small community, when people search for “fife and drum” online, they often find both The Company or Junior Camp. Why compete?
- Third, we want to expand the services and capabilities offered through this online resource and the best way to do that was to leverage the platform we have.
- Finally, Junior Camp is an educational outreach program of The Company and not a separate entity.
We are always working to make the site better, so you can expect to see further updates. Look for a Handbook and an FAQ in the future. Plus, we welcome feedback from the community. As always, we thank you for your support of Junior Camp and The Company of Fifers & Drummers!
